BTP - Pressurization Test Bench
This GSE can test: Cabin Pressurization, Bleed test, Safety valve oppening test. This is a Pneumatic GSE that needs a external air supply to carry out its tests. It has a IHM screen and the test data can be saved or transfered as a excel file. Its flow is up to 100 lbm. This bench is used in several Embraer production lines
BTPA - Autonomous Pressurization test Bench
This GSE can test: Cabin Pressurization, Bleed test, Safety valve oppening test. This is a Pneumatic GSE has its own air supply to carry out its tests. It has a IHM screen and the test data can be saved or transfered as a excel file. Its maximum flow is 48m³/min, has been homologated for Embraer E2 and Embraer KC-390
Fuel Tank Leak test - with Helium
This GSE can carry out leak tests for fuel tanks and other aircraft parts, it can use compressed air, Helium or a mixture air + helium, it can detect even the smallest leakages to enssure the highest quality for your test. This bench is wieldly used by Embraer manufacture sites.
Smart Probe interface
This equipment is for smart probe tests. It substitutes other market equipments that might be more expensive or more difficult to use. It has a internal elastomer that can squeeze throught the smart probe and afterwards get tighten up to its surface avoiding leakages. It has already been developed for Embraer E190 E195
